After several relatively humid days here in Bavaria’s capital, we’ve had a few days of scattered showers.

So, on the terrace this morning there was this awaiting me. What is that? Not sure. I think the rain brought it.
I assume this is zooooooooooooooooooooomed in. How big was it, actually?
It was tiny. Really small.
I zoomed in quite a lot, actually.
That looks like some sort of grasshopper to me. Huh? As Amelia would say, “Google it!”

Rain insect?
Oh, this is a most excellent bug. Very cheery. Not at all creepy. I hope you didn’t squish it. (You didn’t squish it, right? You don’t seem bug-squishy.)
Although I’m not a very good Buddhist, I do attempt not to kill insects.
There are obvious mosquito-related exceptions.
Bugs that want to suck our blood are always the exception. Always.
